Regardless of whether the speaker supplies his presentation on DVD, USB stick or CD-ROM, we recommend installing it on a central PC (server). From there, we transfer the data over a network to the relevant event room. We then open the charts on a remote PC and send them directly as a signal, e.g. to the projector. The speaker can begin his presentation immediately, using a control unit to move backwards and forwards through the slides as he wishes. This solution is both practical and very secure.

VELTEN has been the technology services provider at the Wiesbaden Kurhaus since 1994 and, every year, supplies solutions for a variety of events held there. In addition, we have been the technology services provider at the Mainz Congress Centre since 2003.
